THE COURSE

ASSEMBLY AREA
Please note the pre-race assembly area located in the Nelson Club carpark on Selwyn Place.

All participants must meet here 15 mins before your event for the pre-race briefing and to be escorted by some of our wonderful volunteers onto the course.

FINISHING YOUR EVENT
When turning on to Selwyn Place from Hope Street for the final time, please follow our volunteer’s instructions and signage to move left to enter the finishing shoot.

Once you’ve crossed the finish line, stay left and continue down the road until you are directed off the course to where you will receive your well-earned medal and meet your loved ones.

LAPS
Mile: 2.1 laps
5km: 7 laps (please note you are in charge of counting your laps)
Kids Relay (U11 y/o category): 2 laps split between 4 runners
All Other Relays: 4 laps split between 4 runners

PRIZEGIVINGS

All finishers:
All finishers will receive a wooden and metal finishers medal.

Top 3:
Top three male and female finishers overall will be presented with a prize on stage

6:30pm – Prizegiving
All events except 10km, 10km relay, NZ Champs Miles, Elite Mile

8:20pm – Prizegiving
NZ Champs & Elite Mile Events
