Medical Conditions.
Participants are responsible for selecting the event category that best matches their current health, fitness level, and capabilities.
If you have a medical condition, you are required to inform the event organisers during the registration process. This information will be treated in strict confidence and shared only with the event medical team to ensure your safety.
Participants must ensure that any personal medications are easily accessible during the event and taken as prescribed. Where possible, we recommend carrying spare doses in case of delays or unexpected situations.
For more serious medical conditions—or if you'd like to provide more detailed information to the medical team—a Confidential Medical Form is available at race check in.
The event organisers reserve the right to assess the suitability of a participant based on the medical information provided. If a condition is considered to pose an undue risk or is inconsistent with standard medical advice for endurance events, organisers may respectfully decline participation in the interest of safety.
